Hi, I’ve been engaged for almost 2 years. In the sexual sphere, I have always been inclined to engage sexually, but for almost a month I have been unable to reach orgasm. I really want my boyfriend, but this thing is also leading to a decline in desire. Can I have answers about this? Thanks.

Hello, from the information you provide, the reasons for this drop in desire could be varied. Even a traumatic or mournful event, a stress carried on for a long time or even work worries, can create physiological pauses from an active and gratifying sexuality. Try first to talk to your partner and possibly with a psycho-sexologist. In case of no known contraindications, you can avail of Female Viagra (Lovegra, Womenra, Lady Era) therapy.
