Can premature ejaculation be caused by a varicocele operation at the age of 19? I would really love to avoid getting an appointment at a local medical office, since I live in a little town..

Hello, I doubt that premature ejaculation can be correlated with varicocele surgery. It is certainly useful to investigate these clinical data. The causes of premature ejaculation can be multiple, starting from a simple inflammation (prostatitis) which is certainly very common. The diagnostic aspect of premature ejaculation is really complex because of the modesty of the patient who suffers, as well as for that aspect of subjectivity that makes the clinical diagnosis difficult. When we talk about a dysfunctional sexuality, a veil of embarrassment and silence embodies communication. The man has a massive difficulty in accepting to have a sexological problem, and even more, to ask for help to cure his premature ejaculation. Statistical data shows a significant increase in male sexual dysfunctions that compromise the third phase of sexual response, so be assured that you are one of the many men suffering from this condition. You can book an appointment at another clinic and have a medication prescribed to you – you can always use Priligy (dapoxetine) or any other drug containing it (Malegra DXT, Viagra Super Force, Cialis Super Force, etc.), but those require a confirmed diagnosis.
